Cancellation before shipment

Order once placed can only be canceled within 4 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at contact@fasderma.com. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be credited to your original bank account within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

Returns

Items once purchased are not returnable, non-refundable. We offer free returns if and only if you have received wrong or damaged products .Once you receive the product, you can raise a return request within 4 hours. All the eligible returns will be processed in 3 to 7 days.
